During Eurosonic Noorderslag they investigated whether even festival visitors with a short attention span are able to use their tool.

Rinze Bos of Bespaargroen: “Through the test we discovered that we still need to make some improvements to the tool. For example, after completing the tool, one of the testers was advised to insulate his wall. The tool did not take into account that his wall consisted mainly of large windows. Then, of course, insulation makes little sense. We also saw people hesitating about all sorts of things while filling out the tool; they did not yet have the confidence to ask for a quote of a contractor. We therefore decided to stop doing online marketing and switch to sales. The people we reached through online marketing did not complete the tool and only a small percentage asked for a quote. Through testing with Innofest, we found out why that is.”
